Property finding and purchase, no cost to buyer.
Tenant finding: 70% to 100% of a full month rental plus extra advertisement cost. MLS listing free.
Property management: include collecting rent, answer tenant phone calls, arrange repair services when it is necessary, book keeping, provide basic required services for the tenant, ex: door open, electric bulb change, yard maintenance, house cleaning.
Price: 7% to 10% monthly gross rent. with $50 one time setup fee. Setup fee waived if you use our tenant finding services.
Tenant Screen: Credit Report, Crime Background check, job, rental/mortgage history verification. $49 for each adult.

Eviction: This service to our management clients only.
We can refer a local attorney to help you evict tenant when you need.
Property selling services. Traditional full services or Please reference Seller's Services. One percent less than commission for the property under our management for more than a year.
